Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Prep List, including the website (thepreplistapp.com) and the mobile application. By signing up or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The Prep List is operated as a sole trader business. For questions, contact us at hello@thepreplistapp.com.

During the beta period, The Prep List is provided free of charge. We may change or end the beta at any time. We'll give you reasonable notice before we do.

By participating in the beta, you understand the app is in active development. It may have bugs. We'd appreciate you reporting them.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree not to share your login credentials with people outside your kitchen team.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. By signing up, you confirm this is the case.

You agree to use The Prep List only for legitimate kitchen management purposes. You must not:

• —Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
• —Attempt to access or tamper with systems you do not have permission to access
• —Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful
• —Use the app to store personal data beyond what is necessary for kitchen operations

You retain ownership of the data you and your team enter into The Prep List. We do not use your kitchen data for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We aim to keep The Prep List available and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The app is provided “as is” during the beta period. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or data loss.

The offline mode is designed to protect you from connectivity loss, but we recommend maintaining a backup process for critical kitchen information.

The beta is free. When paid plans launch, pricing will be clearly communicated with advance notice. You can cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we'll always be reasonable if you have a genuine issue.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email if we make any material changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
